Do you need a written brief, or is a call enough?

A call is a good start, and we will turn it into a short written brief for you to confirm. Written scope is what keeps formats, revision rounds and deadlines from drifting later.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two rounds on the chosen direction, within the agreed formats. Extra rounds or new directions are quoted as additional work before we start them.

Do we get the source files?

Yes. Editable source files are handed over when the project is paid and complete, together with a short guide on fonts, colours and file use.

Can you work with assets we already have?

Usually yes. Send whatever exists, even if it is inconsistent, and we will say in the brief what we would keep, what we would rebuild and what it changes in the price.

How long does a package take?

It depends on the formats and how fast approvals come back. The start date and the delivery date are both written into the order confirmation, and we flag any delay as soon as we see it.
